Please call customer service at 800-236-4774, in advance to obtain an RA number (Return Authorization) within 30 days of the invoice date. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If terms were given to the order, your account will be credited. There is a 20% restock fee for all returned merchandise. RA numbers are required to be written on the outside of the return box or the shipment will be refused upon delivery.
